Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
- Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Assist In-Home Mental Health Therapists with executing their treatment plans by working with the children in-home
- Conduct weekly therapeutic sessions in the youth/family’s home or community
- Implement comprehensive service plans with individualized treatment goals to address developmental behavioral, emotional, social, and/or psychiatric needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation that emphasizes progress
- Endorse the highest quality of services through a team-based approach by participating in supervision, treatment team meetings, and other collaborative efforts
- Participate in opportunities and trainings that will enhance overall skills and abilities
- Pursue and maintain an active BA Certification through the NJ CSOC
Position Highlights:
- Location: In-home counseling throughout New Jersey.
- Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.
- Compensation: $30-40 per hour
